Nice apartments but they don't fix anything. Upstairs apartment had water leak which caused human feces to leak in my bathtub. I moved.
This place sucks... manager is a joke.. my power frequently goes out for multiple nights.. the new manager attempts to ask questions she should know every answer to as if shes clueless of her own building.. ive had multiple interactions with managment asking if im on my own lease as if im sqautting.. or asks other ridiculous things that are insulting.. when confonted she back tracked agreed she was wrong than tried starting a verbal conflict than hangs up after telling me im rude.. completely unprofessional and immature.. ze... read more
If I could give this place no stars I obviously would. I can see why people keep leaving. Me and my bf are currently locked out of our apartment and it's a Saturday. Can't reach no one to open our apartment without getting a locksmith and paying a bunch of money. This place IS NOT WORTH ANYTHING!! Last night, our fuses blew for the 5-6th time and they "replaced" them before. Whenever the fuses blow, the stove controls the lighting in different areas or outlets. It's freaking ridiculous. The maintenance in this place is terrible. Our heat has been out for approximately 10 days. Our window heat units shut down at 9:30 yesterday morning, I contacted the office promptly letting them know it went out again. We had 7 hours before maintenance came up checking on it. It was 14 degrees in our apartment ALL day. The new manager has not once responded to our request to be put in a motel where there is heat until the could get our situation corrected.
