Not very clean equipment broken down scam practices my membership was supposed to be only $30 a month raised it with no notice to $41 a month planet fitness $$10 monthly with more equipment nicer locker rooms. On more gym merrville location Scam. Also there is no actual phone number for the Merrville location I find that a little odd scam practices

Never seen billing incompetence like this before with any gym in my life. Constantly , there’s errors where I’m billed over the amount of what I signed up for , I’m billed extra amounts for things I never signed for, and now I canceled and signed the papers… and was told no cancellation fee and I get billed still again a month later after cancelling !

OMG makes it difficult to cancel membership even once contract is up. Office hours are inconsistent and meanwhile you have to come in to the gym to sign waiver....and no one is here to make that happen. Best not to join....

We were members for 5 years. Then charter sold to "new owners". They love in Kokomo, and are NEVER there. The place is dirty. Dirty locker-rooms, dirty machines. Several machines broken for months! Poor supervision. Several bullies. One told me I could NOT use two machines,while he was only using one! Their " staff" did nothing. Spend your exercise dollar elsewhere. Sundays there is NOBODY there.
