Charged me twice. Won’t pick up the phone to refund me. Yes, I am referring to the Tuscaloosa location.
Not a fan. My husband and I had a membership to this gym. It's a 24hour access gym. It was a Sunday morning, no one else was in the gym at all when we arrived. We took our children with us(4yo and 2yo) and I decided to stay in the children's room WITH THEM THE ENTIRE TIME since the door was unlocked. We cleaned up all our mess when leaving and caused no issues. Looks like a ghost town over there but it looked like they were open
Very poor experience here. I kept trying to get a minute with a manager to ask some questions and got brushed off. Kara I think her name is couldn’t be bothered to take the time. I will look for yet “one more gym” to try
