Corpoate Apt Renting corporate apt from them. Rent includes furnishings, utilities and internet/cable. However, on four separate occasions in the last 10 weeks, internet/cable was turned off for non payment. Apparently One Metro doesn’t pay their bills. I’ve had no cake/ internet for two days. Contacted office 6 times and still no follow up, still not fixed. The office staff are nice and it’s not their fault. However, if you are looking to them to do a corporate rental, I’d go somewhere else.
Love, love, LOVE the property! I was able to tour the property with Katlin and she is so nice! It was such a pleasure to tour the property with her as she provided great details about the property and even had great recommendations on how to decorate the unit! The property is beautiful and the staff is friendly! One Metro is very close to the downtown areas but in a great spot to have a "homey" feel. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a place to live in Nashville to definitely check this place out!
