The garage has a great covered parking facility that is charged monthly with reasonable prices and I strongly recommend them. I have had great experience keeping my car safe here for about 2-3 years. The staff is also extremely nice and supportive for any assistance. There is been occasional issues with camera/reader on Eaton street identifying the car plate during exit from garage but if you are using the entry/exit card, it works without issues.
Horribly slow. Took 1hr 45 min to leave after a show
Took 45 min to get out from the 2nd floor. Had to have every car scan going out. Even thought we all had paid flat rate event pricing. Park elsewhere.
Do not park here. I mean, you could if you'd like to wait for 2 hours to leave the garage from the 2nd level. Staff is clueless, cannot manage traffic, or assist people who have prepaid with QR codes to leave. I'd pay double or triple to park anywhere else in Worcester.
As I type this review, I have been sitting in my car for 45 minutes directly next to the spot I parked in, nobody on my floor of the garage has moved. We walked down to the street, unsuccessfully tried to find a bar that wasn't crowded, used a hotel bathroom, and came back to the exact same cars in the exact same spots. I lived in/outside Boston for the first 30+ years of my life and have parked in some atrocious garages, this one is hands-down the worst I have ever been to.
