Every visit is on time. No waiting. Dr Tsai always follows up to make sure you are getting better. Well connected with the valley medical community when referring you to specialists. Genuinely cares about you and your health. I’m a nine year patient, retired engineer, and highly recommend Dr Tsai and One Medical.

Dr. Tsai is a great primary care provider. He actually seems to care about his patients. He spends sufficient time ensuring he covers the chief complaint. Dr. Tsai belongs to a membership practice. He can be seen on Zoom after a patient is established with him. Also, if one happened to need to see a provider in another city, they have locations in quite a few places I frequent. I learned of Dr. Tsai through his wife, Dr. Catherine Chen-Tsai (dermatologist) who is also amazing.
