Scheduling an appointment is easy. Lots of in person locations and telehealth options. My NP is excellent, as are lab and office staff. I would really like to continue my care with them. Unfortunately, I will be looking to change providers soon because I no longer wish use any company owned by oligarch Jeff Bezos. The 1 star is due to his ownership. Actual service provided and the staff are 5 stars.
I have searched for YEARS for a medical home and I have finally found one. One Medical is a welcome change from the stale, impersonal doctors offices. You are treated like a customer, always on time, and access to what you need when you need it. I highly recommend to anyone.
I enrolled in this after seeing Amazon took my insurance to fulfill prescriptions. I booked a same day apt after uploading my insurance Then I received a bill! Apparently Amazon One Medical does not accept my insurance. They did not verify or advise me iof anything. Mind you this was directly after Amazon said yes we accept you insurance - transfer over all your prescriptions. Talk about a bait and switch !
Fast and easy availability and scheduling. The appointment was perfection, and I did it from home so I didn’t have to expose anyone to my flu. Amazing service.
