I always find Dr. Jacobs to be a very active, deep listener. She welcomes my questions, and is happy to provide any data or details that I ask for. I find her approach to be very proactive, and she tailors solutions to match my feelings about healing and health. I also very much appreciate that she has an open minded, holistic perspective.
Staff and office are great but Cheryl Jacobs does not listen, is rude and condescending. I didn’t feel like her patient and that she was there to help - she made me feel small and worthless.

The staff is on time with appointments and I am never rushed. Doctor Jacobs is a caring doctor and even though I have moved away, I will continue to make her my primary care giver. Just wish Iora had clinics all over.
