Staff and office are great but Cheryl Jacobs does not listen, is rude and condescending. I didn’t feel like her patient and that she was there to help - she made me feel small and worthless.
Staff and office are great but Cheryl Jacobs does not listen, is rude and condescending. I didn’t feel like her patient and that she was there to help - she made me feel small and worthless.
The staff is on time with appointments and I am never rushed. Doctor Jacobs is a caring doctor and even though I have moved away, I will continue to make her my primary care giver. Just wish Iora had clinics all over.
IORA is way more involved in my health matters than any other Dr I've seen, They follow up to make sure things go well with appointments and call to discuss test results. I have a small team looking over my welfare. So far, I have not been rushed with a "we can't talk about that because it wasn't on the appointment reason and we only have 15 minutes as I have seen lately from my other providers. I have yet to meet my primary in person, but I have met her team.
