I signed up for One Medical via Amazon. I had the 14-day free trail and scheduled an appointment on a Saturday to check out the service and see if we were compatible. I received an email confirmation of the appointment. I got lost trying to find the office. There is no phone number to call, so I finally found a customer service number. I have received excellent care and careful attention at One Medical, Scottsdale Fashion Square. The One Medical App is a great way to stay connected and organized with my health care needs.
Whoever named this location is wrong! If the business isn't inside the city of Phoenix then it's not Phoenix. Since it seems to be located inside of Scottsdale’s city limits, then da it's One Medical - Scottdale. So tired of being told that it's in Phoenix when it really isn't. Do not want a drive to get there, shopping local. 2 towns over isn't local!!!
