No communication if you are not in the office. I have tried to call several times about a problem and you get somebody from who knows where and they try to call the office to no avail and so they suggest leaving a message to no avail. I have tried this several times with no response and I even stopped by the office and my coach told the receptionist she would call me. Still no response.
