My last few visits with this office have been terrible. They have a high pressure environment and pushed unwanted and unneeded services and procedures. They did not do any due diligence and were not aware of previous treatments I have received. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!
Not pleased at all. We had previous good experience with a physician who is no longer there, but this was not a good experience. We will be going somewhere else.
I do NOT recommend One Medical! I was looking for a new primary care provider for my mom and received their flyer. I called the number on the flyer and extensively interviewed them. I am familiar with the medical field and had questions. I was very impressed with their answers... that is where it ended. I cannot provide specifics due to HIPAA but I can tell you they do not listen nor do they communicate with the family (yes, I had release of information).
