Donna Carlson is very incompetent! My husband needed ozempic and it took her 2 months to tell us they don’t except prescription in office! Very incompetent! Very negligent! Don’t go here!
The front desk woman made me stand alone for 15 minutes, then was rude. So, I left.
My last few visits with this office have been terrible. They have a high pressure environment and pushed unwanted and unneeded services and procedures. They did not do any due diligence and were not aware of previous treatments I have received. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!
Not pleased at all. We had previous good experience with a physician who is no longer there, but this was not a good experience. We will be going somewhere else.
