I’ve visited this clinic twice now—once for a sick visit and once for a follow-up—and I’ve had a great experience both times. The environment feels very personal, almost concierge-style, which I really appreciate. It’s calm and not crowded or noisy like many other offices. The staff and doctor are friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Switching to Dr. Melissa Morgan has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my family. After my experience, I didn’t hesitate to move my husband and children over as well, and we’ve all had such a positive and amazing experience. I had a very frustrating experience at One Medical in Sugar Land. The office overall felt disorganized, and the wait time was much longer than expected even though I had a scheduled appointment. Communication from the staff was not very clear, and the visit felt rushed.
