This is so ridiculous. They messed up my urine test last time so I had to come in again to do it. They told me I could just walk in and do the test. The website said the lab hours on Saturday are 9-12pm. I came around 11:40am, the front desk person told me they couldn’t take more lab work because they were understaffed. I have been burned multiple times at One Medical walking in for labs and their lab is closed even though the app and Google listing shows it is open.
First time using their service, I had a persistent cold. I scheduled a virtual appointment with a doctor within an hour, and the medication was sent to my pharmacy shortly after.
Referral document created 10/27. Not sent until 11/5—and only after I asked about it. When I asked why the delay, staff claimed they were "waiting for Approval from your insurance." The referral document itself states: "Verified: No authorization needed" When confronted, staff changed story to "provider's workload." Screenshots of exchange + referral showing "no auth needed" uploaded as proof. Without my follow-up, who knows when (or if) this referral would've been sent. We moved to Seattle little over a year ago. I have a few medical issues that I need to be watched. Dr Soriano at One Medical is awesome. He is diligent in monitoring my issues and is genuinely a kind and caring doctor. Everyone I’ve dealt with at One Medical from the welcoming reception employees to the people drawing blood to Dr Soriano have treated me so well. I highly recommend them! Thank you One Medical!
