I just had my first appointment with One Medical, and after years of paying for concierge medicine where I was mainly paying for “access,” I’m genuinely impressed by my early experience. The things that actually matter, including ease of scheduling, responsiveness, access to care, follow-up, curiosity, and attention to detail, were all evident. I recently visited this One Medical facility and had a thoroughly positive experience. The entire process felt modern, efficient, and genuinely patient-focused from start to finish. My doctor was fantastic—attentive, knowledgeable, and took the time to listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed. I love my Primary Care Dr at One Medical. I have been seeing him for a year now. One medical has a lot to offer. I’m so happy there.
I love One Medical. I found a primary care Dr. that cares (and I am very very picky about who I trust with my health). Also One Medical has a LOT to offer. I am here to stay.
So happy w ease of check-in, convenience for street parking, digital communication and of course my Dr. I was struggling to find a new PCP and she has been great.
