i have had a consistently great experience with one medical. scheduling is incredibly easy through the app + appointments run on time + the offices are clean + calm. i have never felt rushed + providers actually take the time to listen + explain things clearly.
I didn’t know what to expect. But I was very impressed with the location, cleanliness, professionalism, and amenities! As well as my physician John Kearney. I couldn’t recommend Amazon One Medical more for all your medical needs.
I took the bus in the train. Got it about 10 minutes away from the clinic. Find you first appointment mind you I’m very sick and then I get a phone call from one medical saying that they had to cancel because the person and I’m going to see is with a patient that is going to be an extended visit. Why would someone wait 20 minutes to call and cancel someone’s appointment when you’re literally 10 minutes away from the facility when you left your house an hour and a half prior to the appointment.
