I love One Medical because I can see my Dr. so much sooner than any other medical practice. I get time with Dr Dahlem to talk over my health issues. He has time to listen and respond. I get my blood done right away without any pain. His staff is wonderful and very easy to talk to. He calls me directly with any test results and explains them to me without rushing. I can't do any better.
They are doing what all doctors should be doing. They have great customer service, easy online tools for scheduling, prescription requests, online telemedicine and easy coordination for further care. Love the app, appreciate the doctors and would recommend it to anyone. Like a poor man's concierge medicine

I can never go back to a dr apt other than one medical. So much easier, quicker and friendlier.
It was a very good experience for my family and I . He is very professional and found out one of my family member's had a heart condition that he was not aware he had. Dr Dahlem diagnosed him and also sent him to see a specialist right away. He was able to connect us to the doctors that he needed to see in a timely manner. We did and my family member is doing great now thanks to Dr Dahlem.
