I am Dr. Pitluk patient for few years and I can tell that her expertise and manner to take care of her patients is stellar . She always listen to the patient needs and make the right treatment plan . I can tell that she is my best primary care that I’ve ever had . One medical in San Rafael is a clean place and all employees are friendly and helpful .
I find One Medical very patient friendly. No long waits for an appointment, and Dr. Pitluck is friendly and understanding of my needs. She is easy to talk to and has given me good ideas and advice. I think she is very patient friendly. I have also received very patient assistance from the online tech staff when I have trouble logging in. Excellent in every way.
I like that I can book online & that I usually have enough choices for the date & time for video appointments. I love my primary care physician - Dr. Jessica Pitluk. The issue with One Medical is that if your physician is not available, it's hard to speak to someone to when you have questions. I.e. no local support staff.
Dr. Kimberlie Keller is fabulous. Professional, compassionate, knowledgeable. Really cares.
