One of the best doctor experiences I have ever had. The office is fantastic—brand new, super clean, and very organized. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was nice and helpful. What impressed me most was the balance of efficiency and care. There was barely any wait time to get seen, yet I never felt rushed once the appointment started. The doctor actually spent a ton of time with me and made sure all my questions were answered. Highly recommend this clinic!
I had an extremely positive experience with Sara Leso, PA-C. I arrived early and was seen ahead of schedule. She was professional, communicative, and has a great demeanor. She clearly explained how One Medical works, provided the referral I needed, and also addressed additional concerns.
The staff and One Medical is efficient and friendly. My doc, Steve Chacko, is a great listener and an excellent doctor.
