No follow through at all by the Renton clinic. Cancelled appointments without reason, did not call when they said they would, at home therapy not arranged when I was told it would be. You cannot talk to the office, always gotta call the call center who can’t reach the office either. It’s a terrible way to care for a senior.
Was told the office would call to schedule surgery over a week ago. Still have not received a call. Tried calling several times and never able to get through. Finally got through a couple of days ago and was told the scheduler was on the phone and would call, still have not heard a word.
Dr. Burnside and his team are amazing. This office went through a rough transition but is doing excellent now. My mom is now comfortable with her care. Thank you, Dr. Burnside and care team. You all rock!
So many of the Healthcare Professionals and Staff are phenomenal at One Senior Medical (IORA) in Renton, Washington. Dr. Lee Burnside, is the doctor at One Senior Medical in Renton now. I encourage you not to let him become your doctor, and here's why? Dr. Lee Burnside, and one of his team members, Andrew Wilkinson do not explain anything, (poor communication), makes unusual requests, and fails to listen to the patient and their needs.
