The doctors here have been wonderful communicating and being flexible at tuning my care to what I prefer. The backup of medical providers who respond if you phone or message have also been very good with quick response. I did have an appointment cancelled with short notice once, but I had the option of going to 2 other offices, although further away, within a few days. Stellar Service Guys.. .Keep up the Good Look
No follow through at all by the Renton clinic. Cancelled appointments without reason, did not call when they said they would, at home therapy not arranged when I was told it would be. You cannot talk to the office, always gotta call the call center who can’t reach the office either. It’s a terrible way to care for a senior.
