After doctor shortage at Valley Hospital i decided to try One Medical. It has worked well for me and also a friend. Very clean, very caring staff. Good for seniors especially. A relaxed atmosphere.
The doctors here have been wonderful communicating and being flexible at tuning my care to what I prefer. The backup of medical providers who respond if you phone or message have also been very good with quick response. I did have an appointment cancelled with short notice once, but I had the option of going to 2 other offices, although further away, within a few days.
