Didn’t feel rushed with the provider.
As always, my provider is thorough, efficient, and amazing!
The physician was very good. She is clearly very competent. I would highly recommend her. However, the people at the lab were a study in incompetence. Ii brought in a stool sample, and they accepted it. An hour later, I received a call indicating that it couldn't be sent to the lab because I needed their own equipment to send in the stool. Why didn't they tell me that to begin with??? They also told me that it would take 7 days to get the results. That's absurd. I finally went to UNC Urgent Care. I got the results in one day... read more
