RecommendedI visit the Biltmore Phx location, great office and great providers, primary care at its best, worth every penny.
I had a terrible experience with One Medical today. When I saw my Dr I requested for my prescriptions to be sent to pharmacy near my home. Not even an hour later I remembered that that specific pharmacy closes sooner than normal pharmacies. I called and email and requested for them to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy so I could pick them up. I spoke to Travis or Trevor (I don't remember his name) and he said that he was going to contact the pharmacy and request the transfer and then call me back. But he never di... read more

customer service , public relations they never told me my file was closed and basically if I didn't give them an annual fee I can not get an appt to get medicine when my medication ran out no letter nothing informing me . what about giving me an appt and than explaining all of this to me ,was done over the phone after I called them 2 x
If you go in for a physical exam DO NOT discuss ANY prior medical history with the doctor. I went in for a routine physical exam to establish the doctor (Dr Tsai) as my primary care. The doctor sent this to insurance as a diagnosis visit instead of a yearly routine physical which caused me to pay $275 for my visit.
RecommendedI really like my doctor Kimberlie Keller, DO. Very smart, compassionate, wise, caring. Also the video calls between appointments have gotten me through a few nights of high blood pressure events. The office is beautifully decorated. Dr. Keller is always on time. The front desk staff is friendly. And they use real glass for drinking water. Classy place! Thank you.
