this system doesn't benefit the patients: calls screened at call center takes forever no callback for days sometimes. no follow up care long long wait time for prescriptions faxed to pharmacy.
Yes...my first visit was pleasant and Dr. Rodney and the staff were very attentive...especially the young lady that took my blood. We have a very nice conversation while she was draining my blood...such a sweet spirit. I am looking forward to my next appointment.
