I paid for a visit out of pocket when I was checking out. A mistake was made and the receipt that I was given had a different account name on it. I thought nothing of this. Turns out that payment was not reflected on my account which resulted in a standing balance that I received many notices for. I took many steps, countless phone calls, emails and a visit to the clinic to get this address. My bill was sent to collection. A visit that I paid for out of pocket after countless attempts to get this corrected.
The worst doctor (Guzman) that I’ve ever encountered. Incredibly snide and acts like you’re stupid. Genuinely shocked. Will say you need to go to the hospital for a heart attack and then one minute later will go “actually nahhh”. Absolutely plan to file a complaint against this clown. Also, no nurses here and the doctors operate out of their tiny clinic room. Noteworthy that all the 1 star reviews here are all about him. Needs to be fired. Had enough and told him how rude he was and left. Receptionists were great however.
Went for walk-in blood lab work. No appointment and at 8:15 there was no wait. Phlebotomist was excellent and had results I. Less than 24 hours.
