My primary care doctor and other medical professionals here are excellent and so are all the staff. The appointments are always on time and the communication between visits is very thorough. I highly recommend this clinic.
I was really nervous about getting my blood drawn, but Dominique at the One Medical LaCenterra location in Cinco Ranch was absolutely wonderful. She talked to me the whole time and showed so much empathy that I felt completely at ease. The facility was fantastic, with Brittney on the front desk being very welcoming and organizing follow up appointments. This turned out to be one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a blood draw. Thank you, Dominique, for making something I was scared of so much easier!
I had a great experience at one medical today. It was the first time visiting one medical here in Texas. I have been a member of the one medical family for years and a big fan of Dr. Elizabeth Gannon in Reston Virginia. Dominique was professional and entertaining as she took my blood and gave me a flu shot. Doctor Asma was absolutely wonderful and I look forward to working with her here in Texas.
Great staff, respectful, very friendly, funny , most importantly very clean and nice office.
