Janet Ku is one of the best doctors I’ve had. She was kind and listened to everything I had to say. I was nervous for my visit, but she definitely made me feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend for anyone who has anxiety while seeing their doctor. They also offer accommodations for labs for anyone who has anxiety with needles
Staff are always caring and empathetic. No wait times. Easy to setup and manage appointments. The location is great. Parking can be somewhat challenging, but there's generally good street parking just past the PCC.
Great experience. Office was very clean, and doctors appointment went smoothly. Was able to meet with Doctor immediately for full duration of appointment. Labs were able to be done on site, and I got a result back in less than 24 hours. Overall good experience.
Extremely unhappy with the recent experience in the one medical ballard. I went for an urgent pregnancy concerns, and there was miscommunication between the nurse and the doctor.And they missed crucial tests.And I had to visit thrice to the lab.Not to mention the delayed results.
The facility looks nice, however the service is very poor. Cancelled multiple times last minute and then told no availability. I’d avoid this place and one medical if you’re looking for reliable service.
