I want to be very clear at the outset: the medical provider I saw during my brief appointment was excellent. The clinician was professional, attentive, and provided high-quality care. This review is not about the provider or the clinical experience. Unfortunately, the billing practices and post-visit handling were deeply disappointing and misleading. I was able to get an appointment the same day at a location convenient to me. Birju Rao was extremely professional and efficient in diagnosing my ailments and providing the medication I needed. He was able to help me resolve my problems in less then a week and I felt better almost immediately. We had a follow up visit a week after to discuss the progress and what to expect. I very much enjoyed the visit and the service and highly recommend using One Medical if available
