Staff is friendly but my appointments rarely start on time. Today my appointment was scheduled for 9:30 and I was not called back until 9:40. This happens frequently. I am seen more than five minutes after my appointment time even when I show up 15 minutes early to check in. I let the nurse practitioner know I was running late for a meeting but there was no urgency on her end.
