One medical is making it difficult to get decent care . They have lost so many good providers. Only a couple of goid providers remain. if you need to talk to someone you have to go through their "care team" via phone. It's virtually a dang call center in Arizona. Simple instructions are list on every one.
I've been a member of this clinic since it started, and now that Amazon is become the owner it's virtually impossible to get an appointment with my doctor. When I called them I never did get the clinic itself I got somebody who is an RN answering phones from their home. They told me that the doctor was very booked up for the next 2 months and that I should find an urgent care center and go there instead.
