One Medical App features champion all other medical Apps. Their providers are the best… all of them! Bandana Risal is knowledgeable gem in Emeryville. One Medical is the leader of primary care practices.
My husband scheduled a physical exam and filled out a wellness survey. This visit should have been free (fully covered). The provider billed him for a regular office visit instead resulting in charges to us that should not have occurred. We disputed this, but the office declined to take responsibility despite documentation of visit intent. Therefore, we paid the bill and then both of us dropped our memberships. A straightforward issue should have been better handled. Additionally, they have very few MDs available.
