The care is fine -- appointments with nurse practictioners same day, next day, etc. BUT AMAZON COBRANDING IS EVERYWHERE, reminding you that they're using your data to train Rufus or whatever and it's weird when the site recommends products based on your medical care.
My provider Rhealynne Quindor is a superstar who care about me as a whole and answers all my questions and is always very kind to me. I highly recommend Rhealynne and One Medical to everyone.
Huge One Med quality drop off now a couple years post Amazon purchase. MD's and DO's are fleeing. There are ZERO available MD or DO providers taking new patients in the Bay Area. The clinic itself still feels like a gorgeous spa. Desk staff are lovely. You still get all the in house lab draw and video care same day and care all over the US. I've always had good experiences with One Medical, but the service quality at this local branch has noticeably declined since the front desk staff changed several times. Today’s visit was especially disappointing. I have been feeling very sick this week with flu-like symptoms, and after an online consultation, I was advised to come in for a lab test. The lab hours end at 4:00 PM, so I planned to arrive around 3:45, which should have been plenty of time. But I felt so sick on the way that I ended up arriving at 3:58 instead. ... read more
