Amazon one primary care has been great. I also sign up for the pharmacy and their individual plan on top of my insurance and it works out perfect and everything gets delivered to my door from Amazon Pharmacy extremely quickly.
Dr. Chelsea Willis is an amazing Dr. she take the time to review your concerns, explain results and help make future care plans.
Dr. Willis was great. However my overall experience with one medical has been less than satisfactory. I arrived at 11:50 for a 12:00 appointment and was seen about 10 after. That didn’t bother me. What bothered me was that I was asked to come back after their lunch to finish my bloodwork. On a Wednesday afternoon. So after seeing the doctor for about 15 minutes, I left with nothing I went in for and paid a hefty price tag for it too. (Oh don’t get me started on their improper billing codes!!!) Dr Willis (and really all of the staff I've met) have been absolutely awesome. They listen to what my concerns are....like really listen. The staff has always been super-nice and helpful. Even when I had an issue with the app (which is not their job) they made sure I got in touch with the right people and followed up with me to make sure everything was working right. Been a member for about 3 years and love it. Doctors aren’t rushed, no waiting room full of sick people, and the walk-in labs are very convenient. I feel heard and that my care is for me, not a cookie cutter solution.
