Could give zero if possible. Disappointing visit. Results took far longer than I was told to expect, and when they finally came back, not all the tests I came in for had been run — so I'm now left needing to go elsewhere to finish what should have been one trip. The interaction with the nurse felt rushed and dismissive, and the lab process was disorganized. Overall it was a worse experience than a standard hospital, not a better one. Wouldn't recommend based on this visit. No wonder they have so many appointment slots open.
