Very efficient. Doctor Amanda is really helpful and super nice. I think I finally find my primary care after many years looking.
One of the worse One Medical locations. There was a 15 min delay for my appointment to begin and on top of that they were unable to process my lab results because there was an "error" with my sample. What a waste of my time!
I scheduled an annual appointment last month with bloodwork and gave the front desk my insurance card. They said they accepted my insurance here and went ahead with my appointment. I scheduled another appointment for today at 11am for a checkup and 5 minutes before my appointment, I received a message on the One Medical App from Maya P., front desk staff, stating that my insurance is out of network and I would need to pay out-of-pocket to continue with today’s exam, which ranged from $200-$700. One Medical feels like a customer service focused spa for primary health care. I will NEVER go back to standard doctors offices where they make you wait but always run late!
