One Medical’s services have gone down the drain since Amazon bought them. The doctors, for the most part, are amazing, but the service is horrible. Prior to the Amazon takeover, I would get a response within hours when I requested something or needed help. Now I’m lucky if anyone responds at all. I want to make it clear that my complaint isn’t with the Copley office at all—it’s with One Medical as a whole. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at this medical office. I went in for a general annual check-up, expecting a routine visit, but what I got was nothing short of a rip-off. The doctor did absolutely nothing except ask questions about my medical history and write them down. No physical exam, no feedback, no evaluation—nothing!
