I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at this medical office. I went in for a general annual check-up, expecting a routine visit, but what I got was nothing short of a rip-off. The doctor did absolutely nothing except ask questions about my medical history and write them down. No physical exam, no feedback, no evaluation—nothing!
