I finally found a new provider after a long search and that’s how I landed at One Medical. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and check in was a breeze. Dr Shaakir was 10 out of 10, great conversation and attention to detail. I’m glad that I selected him to be my provider after my previous one moved on to another medical facility. The lab technician was outstanding as well. Her communication and instruction was awesome. She was flawless in performing her duties. My entire experience was good from start to finish.

absolutely the worst one medical location i have ever been to. every time i visit here, i have been consistently met with the rudest front desk staff of any one medical office. this is immediately followed by signs that contradict the times listed on the app. for example, labs are allegedly unavailable on Tuesdays from 12p-1p for lunch. when you show up, tho, there’s a paper sign on the desk that states no labs until 1:20p. then, there’s a waiting room full of people who are all there for labs. the final cherry on top is the... read more

Hit or miss. Sometimes they are great and sometimes they are clueless. Appreciate the convenience, don't love every medical question being met with a referral for an appt that is three months down the line. A lot of turnover makes it hard to build a relationship with one person. I've been with One Medical since 2016. I like the folks at Park Slope but it is a pain to get to.

Been with OneMed for many yrs, first time at this location, just for labs. No complaints about the care or the ambiance. Biggest callout is that the wayfinding is really challenging: The OneMedical entrance is buried inside the MyGym entrance at 445 Albee Sq W., don’t even bother going through City Point. Go in the MyGym door and up one flight. Amending this over a year later: One Medical is notably worse since Amazon took them over. I’ve been a One Medical patient for nearly a decade, and this was my first visit to this Brooklyn office. From start to finish, the experience was excellent.
