This is the story of a hellish experience made right by a lab tech, medical director, and their colleagues. My physician sent over a lab order that required 19 vials of blood plus another test. I made plans to come to One Medical months prior and was told that all I had to do was walk in once the specialized equipment was shipped to the office. So, I came in. Great location. Lab tech gave me the most painless blood test I’ve ever had, didn’t feel a thing. Check in was smooth, Dr was friendly. No complaints at all.
Cancelled my appointment the day before and didn't call or text to let me know. All I got was a message on the portal which I did not see. I wasted time and money coming here just to find out that there's no doctor in. This is the first negative experience I've had at a One Medical. I'll just stick to my regular location.
