Happy to say that under Amazon/Prime the quality of the doctors has remained consistent. Hoping this continues. The app is a little more clunky than I remember and getting a live person from a specific office can be really difficult. Otherwise is you are established with your doctors and preferred offices it works.
The best place for medical care
They claim to charge 48.00 for video consultation but then charge me 589.00 and I have insurance and Amazon prime and I paid 99.00 to join it’s a terrible rip off scam
