TL;DR: Dr. Denny is awesome, as is everyone else I encountered at this location. Been a patient pre-Amazon acquisition and haven't noticed any major changes, which is good. I've been a patient at One Medical's Chelsea location for 4 years. Tim Im is an excellent provider. He is always so calm and patient with me which alleviates a lot of anxiety. He explains things clearly and with enough detail that I feel confident that I'm making informed choices for my healthcare. I feel like I'm in great hands. I like One Medical in general. I don't love that Amazon is the owner, but I do get great care and the convenience of having multiple locations for lab work and nurse visits is really wonderful and helpful.
