One medical is awesome! So easy to schedule an appointment, either via zoom or in person. The onsite lab is wonderful. It's so easy to get everything done right on the spot. Your lab results are sent to you promptly! The one medical app lets you communicate easily with your doctor and see what they've recommended and what they've asked you to do. This has definitely made my relationship with outer healthcare system much more convenient and way less stressful!

One Medical at Brightleaf Square has awesome staff. The front desk person (woman at left station) has great customer service skills and signed me in with a welcoming smile. The gentleman in the lab also has great customer service skills. I came in for a vaccine, saw that i had an order for a blood test. He explained the process to set my expectations, and was gentle at collecting blood and administering the vaccine.
