One Medical at Brightleaf Square has awesome staff. The front desk person (woman at left station) has great customer service skills and signed me in with a welcoming smile. The gentleman in the lab also has great customer service skills. I came in for a vaccine, saw that i had an order for a blood test. He explained the process to set my expectations, and was gentle at collecting blood and administering the vaccine. Dr. James Surger did an excellent job deciphering my health issue and took the steps to help relieve my ailment. She is very professional and was a pleasure to work with.
