Beth Curry, PA-C was an excellent listener, professional and genuinely kind. Qualities like those in individuals don’t go unnoticed so thanks to Beth and the staff for their superb customer service.
This one medical office charged me for multiple services that were never performed. Hundreds of dollars for services that literally did not physically occur. I’ve been trying to resolve this with their “support” for two months. This is literal fraud. If you want to go here, I recommend you don’t. If you still want to go here, I recommend you strap a go pro to your head so you can document what they actually do. Even that would probably be insufficient for their horrible support to do anything about.
Convenient Berkeley downtown location albeit no parking. Continuity of care is a challenge here. If you happen to see an NP that does a referral in my case an MRI, that NP can then be out of office for an unknown period leaving you in the lurch for any interpretation of the results. That is not a great experience for a critical test.
