Completely irresponsible and terrible medical care. Gave me the wrong location for my appointment, I had to cancel work to make a later appointment that day, they couldn't run the throat cultures because they let them expire, doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. Weeks later, I ended up going to urgent care where the doctor didn't even have to run a test to tell me I had really advanced bronchitis.
