I went in for a standard check up because of a runny nose and cold symptoms. Little did I know the flu test I would be given for this visit would cost $200 and the visit itself would be charged over $400 due to “moderate complexity” and “long duration.” If I had known OneMedical would charge such a high price for basic checks, I wouldn’t have gone in the first place. I received the worst medical care I’ve ever gotten at this place. Was told to go home and “take a hot shower” for a cold that lingered over a month. Ultimately had to get antibiotics from somewhere else and had gotten so sick that I nearly missed a wedding. Tried to be proactive by going to Amazon One early, only to find out later that they are not licensed to prescribe medicine out of state when I followed up over a week later that I still did not feel well as directed.
