Dr Nagarajah was knowledgeable, attentive, congenial; shelistened to my concerns and worked with me to address them. We plan to follow up soon.
The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable
My issue with OneMedical is that if you see a doctor that is not your assigned primary and then have to contact that person, there is NO way to do so. The telephone number is a general number and you can't email/message. You end up just messaging your general provider who, knowing nothing about your visit with a colleague, often just doesn't respond.
Dr Janu Patel is fantastic - cannot recommend her enough.
