One Medical in San Rafael is awesome. Natalie is a great provider, she took all the time to discuss my concerns with me. Very professional. I feel lucky to be able to visit this office!
I was moved here from a community clinic and their office is a nightmare! I had to give my insurance 4 times before they finally had it in their system (and tried to bill me for appointments until then), gave me out of network labs they did not submit to said insurance. Be warned that as a patient at this facility you will have to deal with your insurance and make sure everything they do is covered, they do not seem to understand how insurance works and will not check to make sure your referrals or labs are in network nor su... read more
For my visit the other day, the provider (a doctor, for once) was very good. The office staff were also good this time - but the office's hours are too restrictive, onemedical's galling refusal to allow direct calls to offices, and general mediocrity of services are not acceptable.
As a newcomer to Marin County, where there are few general medical providers accepting new patients, I've found Medical One to be a surprisingly good alternative. While I haven't used the app extensively, I can see how it would become a very useful tool in how Amazon is providing medical advice.
All my need were more than met.
