I was billed 475 for a pre op visit. I went to the urgent care for X-rays and a similar visit and was billed $50 for a $1000 visit. They said their MINIMUM cost was $500 per visit. I called billing and they were no help. Also it's an additional $100 for a weekend visit. Will just go to regular urgent care rather than here.
Doctors are good but they’re over booked and over committed. The billing situation is an absolute disaster. They sent a bill I didn’t even know I had to collections without any explanation. Always saying “you’re up to date!” when I visit. Do better Amazon medical.

Convenient location and hours, clean and welcoming office interior, friendly staff, fast service. This is an urgent care center so it has longer hours than most One Medical locations and is open at 8am every day, including weekends. Several days a week it's open until 9pm. The lab hours may differ, and sometimes there's a long wait to get into the lab since it's drop in only.
