One Medical is changing primary care to how it should be. I've been enamored with every experience—starting with the ability to schedule a first-time appt. with Dr. Chen within 1 day. I would've had to be on a 6-month waiting list otherwise to sign on as a first-time patient with OHSU. One Medical's quality of care is second-to-none with an emphasis on longer 1:1 time and virtually no waiting time at all.
