Christian is an amazing provider and I have been with him for years and have referred multiple friends and family to him.
Dr. Long has an issue with helping patients he took no time to get to know. I was in the ER with severe acute back pain in my lumbar and he advised only PT, when I wanted imaging. I recently saw another One Medical doctor for spasms in a different part of my back; she provided me meds and advised PT. Dr. Long thinks it’s only up to him and the needs of the patient are bound by his lack of understanding of them over a 5 minute video call.
