Paid a hefty fee to get a physical exam for my son for immigration purposes with Dr Gregory Schwaid. He signed the forms but left out the date. That’s right!!! He did NOT date it!!! So the forms were sent back and my son’s case is now at risk of being denied. I would need to spend another $5000 to resubmit the case. I’m now trying frantically to get the doctor to sign and date but it’s been a total pain. Can’t get hold of the doctor. Staff tells you they’ll call you back and they don’t. Called to see if I could be seen to test for the flu. She states that they don't have xray machine, even though it is on their website.
Went for an IV and was very impressed by the high level of service and the quality of care. Highly recommend this place.
