This place has really gone downhill. I've had more than 8 doctors since I started going there in 2017. And I don't know how many 'coaches'. Not much of a 'team' when you don't even know who's going to be on it each time to try to get in. I told my 4th doc how the constant changes were disconcerting. She said, 'We're going to do something about that!' Next time I went in, she was gone. One of the docs who told me she'd only be there a month decided she didn't like med 1 I was on. Ok, I said. Very detailed and compassionate!
Long waits for holding on phone. Sometimes 15 minutes and no one answers. One of my other doctor offices called, was on hold for 15 minutes trying to get some info and One Medical Staff hung up on my doctor. Also, you are given a Health Coach, however, when you text them, you don't hear back.
