Enjoyed my visit for care at One Medical. Staff is friendly and professional and communicates very well. My physician, Dr Sharon Zhao, has excellent communication, very professional, friendly, showing care in addressing my health needs. Even in follow up appointments via video, the same care and concern are given. Great experience.

I was dealing with an acute issue causing me great discomfort. Instead of having to go to an urgent care filled with flu and COVID patients, I was able to get a same-day appt. with a real doctor. OneMedical promptly shared that doctor's notes with my relevant specialist.
