Love how FRESH this site is from the friendly staff to One Medical's modern approach to CUSTOMER service! Shocker... patients/visitors are also customers and should be treated as such. Always on-time to the minute and never pointless paperwork redundantly asking for information a clinic already has. Others in the Palo Alto area are old-fashioned in comparison. Generally One Medical is extremely efficient and the app is an amazing experience that removes the drudgery and tedium of service request and delivery.
The app allowed us to book an appointment with the MD and after we drove all the way they turned us back saying they were not sure how the app allowed it as my son is under 18. They could not confirm an appointment for the next day either. Seems pretty basic that they should be able to figure this out.
The doctor was prepared and aware of my condition. She was friendly, professional, helpful, and interested in my well being.
The best doctor visit experience I’ve had so far!
