customer service , public relations they never told me my file was closed and basically if I didn't give them an annual fee I can not get an appt to get medicine when my medication ran out no letter nothing informing me . what about giving me an appt and than explaining all of this to me ,was done over the phone after I called them 2 x
We've been going to Dr. Dafnis since 2006. When he moved over to One Medical, there wasn't a question...we absolutely went with him. The pleasant surprise was how AWESOME One Medical is. You can schedule your appointments online, you can see your Dr. or another Dr. If you would rather talk to a nurse, you can do that really fast. If you need prescriptions filled, just enter the request online. If you need a referral, it's all online. I've been with Dr. Richie for years, and I was apprehensive about his move to ONE, but every time I go there, the staff are friendly, the lobby is comfortable, and, and the coffee is great! I'm glad I gave it a chance.
Dr Duong is wonderful and the office staff is pleasant , I didn't have to wait to be seen and they took care of my labs and shots right there . A step up from the usual doctors office experience
Dr Duong is the best at what she does. She is thorough, she listens, she asks questions and most of all she cares. You can tell she loves her job by her actions. I highly recommend her to everyone I know and after seeing her, they change their doctor to become her patient. That's how awesome she is. I also really appreciate the One Medical set up, where I can get all my lab done in office. It's easy and convenient for me.
