I used to really appreciate this practice and was hoping to build a long-term relationship with a dentist I could trust. I brought my partner in as well. Today my partner received an extremely aggressive mail stating that he must pay $416 immediately. This was both surprising and upsetting. The tone was absolutely disrespectful. My husband visited OMD over six months ago (I suspect it’s 12 months ago) for a cleaning and two fillings. He paid the full amount requested at the time. They do not have availability for cleaning until October but they’ll schedule you for an X-ray right away. I’ll find myself a different dentist.
Everyone was so kind, professional and efficient! It was a great experience.
Dr. Campbell DDS scheduled me the next day to fix my cracked filling. He was attentive and professional. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Teresa-dental assistant was also very friendly, attentive and seemed to have a lot of compassion for the work she was doing Overall, I can’t say enough, excellent fast care I switched to this location as my permanent dentist 🦷
