I had an extremely disappointing experience with associate Lior Ben-David during a recent apartment viewing. From the moment I arrived, he was dismissive. There were two other prospective renters viewing the same unit, and he greeted them warmly, exchanging names, while completely ignoring me. Throughout the tour, he made no effort to engage with me, and as I was leaving, he simply stated that the gym was on the lobby floor if I wanted to see it myself—offering no further guidance or courtesy.
