It has really become difficult these days to find people whom we can rely on to handle all of our property maintenance and repairs. Then came One Man And A Toolbox! They are professional, VERY reasonably priced, and above all TRUSTWORTHY. They are definately on our companies speed-dial list.
I have a contractor now! I had about 6 contractors come out to estimate putting in one window. It was too small of a job for them to do but John came right out and made me feel confident that he could do the job and for a nice price. the weather wasn't on our side but he got it done. He offered a lot of free advice on DIY house maintenance and for those who considers themselves pseudo fixer uppers, he gives hands on technique.Having a flexible schedule works best for us.
Very professional, very fast and a very good price! And....... they cleaned up very well. I am extremely pleased and I WILL use them again.
